While Panini’s higher-end releases, such as Spectra and Impeccable, push well beyond the $1,000 mark, Obsidian comes at a more “affordable” $400—a price that has still increased from last year’s $300 mark.

What Is Obsidian Football?
Panini’s Obsidian Football is another classical twist to its other chromium releases. The Difference, instead of Silver, its Black this time.
It has some of the most renowned insert sets, including the signature ultra-rare Color Blast parallel and other interesting die-cut ones such as Vitreous and Tunnel Vision, which are SSP too.

The 2022 Panini Obsidian Football Checklist Overview
The Base set comprises 242 cards, 100 of which are a bunch of Rookie cards (#101-200), and 42 are Rookie Jersey Autos (#201-242). Each NFL team is represented by their top players.
